The description on the print states:

N145GF is an Airbus EC145 operated by Metro Aviation Inc. in partnership with Washington County EMS to bring a multi-mission public safety helicopter rescue program to the region. The aircraft is powered by two Turbomeca Arriel 1E2 turbo-shaft engines, each generating 740 shp at takeoff for a top speed of 167 miles per hour and a working range of 531 miles.  

The crew consists of a pilot and two highly experienced, critical care certified paramedics providing expedited delivery of Mobile ICU/Advanced Life Support care for patient transport twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to its emergency medical services role, the IFR rated aircraft is capable of performing fire suppression and search and rescue for citizens of Washington County and neighboring areas.
