Based in Auburn, CA, this aircraft carries a Voyager Isolette Litter, single external LOX, medical seating for three and North Flight Data Systems' Light Aircraft Recording System (LARS). The high endurance, extended range and outstanding maneuverability of the EC135 enables it to perform a full range of mission requirements, while carrying more payload over longer distances than any twin-engine aircraft in its class.
The Sutter Health Critical Care Network is a medical transport network featuring four helicopters and a fleet of ground ambulances operated by American Medical Response (AMR). The network’s primary goal is to serve critically ill or injured patients needing higher levels of care in Northern California, and the quick and efficient transport of patients from facility to facility. Sutter Health’s goal is for CALSTAR and AMR to achieve immediate and seamless dispatch of air and ground ambulances with one call from the patient’s clinical care team.
