The description on the print states:
“Fairfax One” is a Bell 429 Global Ranger assigned to the Fairfax County Police Helicopter Division based at the Fairfax County Police Heliport (26VA) in Fairfax, VA. It was the first law enforcement / multi-mission Bell 429 to go into service in the world.
The division operates two identical Bell 429s. Each helicopter is equipped with a thermal camera imaging sensor and a high powered searchlight. Their primary mission is to provide air support to ground units throughout the county including routine patrol, crime suppression, vehicle pursuits, search and rescue, surveillance, suspect search, and medevac support.
The crew consists of one pilot and two sworn police officers cross-trained as Paramedics. “Fairfax One” flies an average of 2000 law enforcement missions and about 100 medical evacuations each year..
