The description on the print states:
Air Attack 110 is a North American-Rockwell OV-10A based at Ukiah Municipal Airport in Ukiah, CA. Its primary mission is command and control of air tankers and helicopters on wildland fires and to provide tactical coordination with the Incident Commander on the ground.
Before being acquired by CAL FIRE in 1993, the aircraft were used by the US Navy and Marine Corp for forward air control, counter insurgency combat, and close air support to military ground forces. The OV-10 is crewed by a pilot in the front seat and the Command and Control Observer in the back seat. The aircraft has responsive handling and extremely good visibility provided by wrap-around windows that are wider than the fuselage. Power is generated by two 715 horsepower Garrett T-76 turbine engines providing a maximum operating speed of 258 mph and a range of 1,000 miles. Gross weight is 10,500 pounds and maximum endurance is 5.5 hours.
CAL FIRE OV-10s are maintained and piloted by personnel from DynCorp International, an American company whose expertise is providing global aviation support.
