The description on the print states:

N430UH is a Bell 430 operated by Air Methods Corporation and based at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) in Fresno, California. The aircraft is a 4-bladed, stretched version of the Bell 230 and incorporates a number of advanced features including dual hydraulic and electrical systems, a skid landing gear allowing for larger auxiliary fuel tanks, and approved for single pilot IFR operation. Powered by twin Allison (Rolls Royce) 250 series turboshaft engines generating 634 shaft horsepower for a top speed of 161 miles per hour and a range of 434 miles.

The crew consists of a pilot, critical care nurse, and paramedics who are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide rapid air medical transportation of critically ill and injured trauma patients to hospitals and trauma centers.
