The description on the print states:

HZ-RC05 a Bell 412EP and one of eight operated by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority based out of Jazan / King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Regional Airport (OEGN) Gizan, in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The crew consisted of two pilots and two medical crew who were available 24/7 to provide emergency air transport for critically ill or injured adult and pediatric patients. These aircraft had the ability to transport two patients with the Life-Port EMS configuration and were powered by twin Pratt & Whitney PT6T-3D turboshaft engines. These engines, combined with the BLR Strake and Fast Fin System and a Composite 4-Blade Main Rotor, made it a workhorse with proven performance. Other features included: Automatic Flight Control System (AFCS) and Autopilot, GPS Satellite Navigation, 2-Way Satellite Communication, Onboard Color Weather Radar, and Sandel HeliTAWS.
