The description on the print states:

N113FD is a Bell UH-1H Plus operated by the Sacramento Metro Fire District and based at Metro Fire Station 115 at McClellan Airfield in Sacramento, California. The crew is comprised of a Pilot, a Flight Officer responsible for mission planning and coordination, and hoist operation, and a Rescue Paramedic responsible for advanced life support care. An additional crew person may be added in search and rescue missions to manage and perform extra duties associated with patient care. The aircraft's service area is northern California and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The aircraft is powered by an 1800 shp Lycoming T53-L-703 turboshaft engine and configured with Cobra transmission, a FastFin, and composite blades for improved hot and high performance. The cockpit is NVG compatible and carries dual Garmin touchscreen flight displays. Six radios are used to scan and communicate over aviation and fire channels, and a Becker Avionics internal audio and public address system allows the crew to communicate with persons outside the aircraft. In the firefighting role, the aircraft carries a Simplex Model 304 Fire Attack system with a capacity of 375 gallons of water and a hover refill rate of 400 gallons per minute through its stowable hose pump. In the rescue role, a 250-foot cable can be deployed from a 600 pound capacity hoist system to lower a rescuer and retrieve persons in areas with no possible landing site.
