The description on the print states:

Based at Buchanan Field airport (CCS) in Concord, California, N390FD is an Airbus EC145 operated by REACH Air Medical Services in partnership with the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District. The aircraft was manufactured in 2005 by Eurocopter Deutschland GMBH. It is powered by two Turbomeca Arriel 1E2 turbo-shaft engines, each generating 740 shaft-horsepower at takeoff. The aircraft has a top speed of 167 miles per hour with a service ceiling of 17,200 feet and a working range of 531 miles.

The crew consists of a pilot, a critical care nurse, and a fire captain/ paramedic and provides expedited delivery of advanced life support for patient transport and enhanced capabilities for rescue/fire missions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to its emergency medical services role, Con Air 1 delivers complex hoist rescue and aerial fire suppression capabilities to the residents of Contra Costa County.
