The description on the print states:
Operated by Helico Sonoma in Santa Rosa, CA., N7119D is a Robinson R22 Beta II, two place, two-bladed light utility helicopter powered by a four-cylinder, air-cooled, carburetor-equipped Lycoming O-360-J2A engine. Popular with flight schools and other operators due to low maintenance costs and high reliability, a properly maintained R22 has an approved engine, airframe, and main component TBO of 2200 hours or 12 years.
As a trainer, the R22s light handling, autorotation characteristics, and the need to actively monitor engine power output is purported to make it an excellent transitional platform to turbine helicopters such as the Bell 206, MD500, and AS350.
