The description states:
FlightCare’s Airbus H130 T2 is based at and operated by Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA. N922RJ holds the distinction of being the very first T2 EcoStar configured for the EMS role in the world.
Founded in 1985, FlightCare was the first air ambulance service north of Sacramento and is currently the only hospital-owned and operated program in California. FlightCare responds to approximately 1,070 call-outs a year within a 75-mile radius of the medical center in counties including Butte, Tehama, Glenn, Plumas, Colusa, Sierra, Yuba, and parts of Lassen. The crew consists of five pilots, three mechanics, four paramedics, and eight nurses.
The cockpit contains the latest technology including synthetic vision - providing a 3D topographical landscape in low-visibility, XM satellite weather and tracking, TAS (Traffic Alert System), and HTAWS (Helicopter Terrain Awareness Warning System). The aircraft is equipped with night vision, dual-channel FADEC, redundant dual hydraulics and fuel control systems, and an energy absorbing fuel tank. The Turbomeca Arriel 2B1 generates 847 shaft horsepower at take-off and provides a fast cruise speed of 130 knots. Maximum range is 329 nautical miles with a maximum endurance of 3.8 hours with no reserve.
