The description on the print states:

N365CH is a BK-117 B1 owned and operated by Air Methods Corporation. Based in Corydon, Indiana, the aircraft supports the rural communities of southern Indiana and north central Kentucky. Kentucky 7 carries on a rich tradition of excellence dating back to 1982 and is the result of the merger of Jewish Hospital’s Skycare and University of Louisville Hospital’s Statflight, which later formed STATCARE. STATCARE became Air Methods Kentucky 7 in 2007. Kentucky 7 relocated to Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana, and began operations on June 11, 2012.

The high endurance, extended range and outstanding maneuverability of the BK-117 B1 enables it to perform a full range of mission requirements while carrying more payload over longer distances than any other community-base program in the Midwest Region. The twin engine aircraft has an average cruise speed of 130 knots and an operational range of 200 miles. The crew consists of a highly skilled pilot, a critical care flight nurse, and a critical care flight paramedic who are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to airlift critically injured patients to hospitals and trauma centers.
